My brother got arrested in New York last week (unpaid tickets for talking on his cellphone, nothing major). I’d like to buy a copy of the mugshot to have made into a t-shirt for him for Christmas 
. Any ideas on how I’d get it? The clerk of the court he had to appear in never answers the phone, and all Google shows me is how to get celebrity mugshots.
You should check with the police dept. that took the mug shots, I would guess.
