Do you suppose you could post it to a pit thread with all identifying names removed? I’d love to see this masterwork rather than having it live on only in a box marked “Do Not Open” as filed away by Top Men.
Somewhat relevant: I grew up in central Indiana until I got the sense to finally move away in 1989. Never heard the term cornhole to refer to the game. I was back visiting family in the mid-2000s and an uncle had a cornhole game setup in his yard. I, of course, laughed like a mad man when I heard the name. The rest of the family thought I was crazy and that the game had always been known thusly. It was my first Mandela Effect moment. I swear they were fucking with me.
I concur that that was a magnificent post. I for one saw it and admired it prior to the cornfielding of the whole thread. A most well-deserved response to that OP.
FTR, I was 100% sober when that was written. Just in case anyone here wondered what happens when the mild-mannered unassuming LSLGuy you all know and mostly tolerate takes off his fedora and eyeglasses and exits the phone booth.
Out of idle curiosity, as I understand it the offending thread or post gets sent to a super-secret mod channel somewhere. (Or is it deleted?) Are they all saved in one thread? Each post in it’s own thread? I can just imagine how deep the mud it must be to wallow in it.
The Cornfield is just a hidden Forum. Well part of one. In many cases the entire thread just gets moved if started by a Troll. This is simplest and the least time consuming.
As far as individual posts, some are deleted but many cobbled together into a single thread with a title like Trockname’s Trolling posts I will often add post with some explanation like this is a sock account of former poster So and So.
