I’m referring specifically to the scene in Return of the Dragon right before Tang Lung (Bruce Lee) and Colt (Chuck Norris) fight it out in the coliseum. Bruce Lee does a drawn out, pre-fight warm up where he takes off his shirt, flexes his muscles, and pops (and repops?) his shoulders, back, neck, whatever, for quite a while. Now I’m guessing the pop sounds were all added with sound effects later, but does anyone know if Bruce Lee could really pop all the joints he seemed to pop? Are there really that many poppable joints?
As a side note, I pop my knuckles, toes, ankles, knees, elbows, back, neck, and even hips (that one is loud!). Are there any other joint popping aficionados out there?
