That’s what normal people look like. Heck, she’s fairly thin as things go. It’s not normal for humans to have flat stomachs. It’s impossible to spot reduce, you get a flat stomach by having low body fat, which is mainly a factor of diet.
You don’t seem to have a good grasp on what humans look like, and I think it’s causing you to veer off in a very strange direction.
I was scrolling through the Daily Mail and happened upon this story about some woman named Eliza Gonzalez who is dating Miley Cyrus’ boyfriend or some crap like that. Anyway, HER belly looks perfectly flat:

But if the dress compresses the entire rest of her body, wouldn’t it also compress her lower belly, if, indeed, it is fat and not a large uterus?
