Just want to add that the OP doesn’t seem to take into account breathing and eating as a reason for these HUGELY various tummy changes. Most people’s abdomens move when they inhale and exhale. Snap that picture on the “wrong” side of the breath and you might notice a tummy sticking out a bit. Same thing if she had just had a big lunch. Or shifted her weight from foot to foot. Or was about to have her period.
And I could show you a picture of a six-week pregnant belly that looks like it is about to deliver a full-term baby. Amazingly, women at all kinds of weights and belly sizes have relationships and get pregnant and have lives. Fortunately most of us don’t care about a few pounds extra here or there, and we don’t obsess if someone dares to show themselves in the public eye having anything more than an emaciated frame.
