Could we get a "no requests for legal/medical advice" sticky in GQ?

I know this is already covered in GQ’s rules sticky, but it comes up often enough, and is important enough, that I think a sticky specifically on these issues might be helpful. if nothing else, it would make sure posters knew the rule even if they didn’t actually read the sticky contents.

I’ll make sure the GQ mods see this.

Done.

Thread is here.

The sticky is great, but you may want to lock it to avoid it turning into a discussion on some aspect of the issue.

What if you have a question about a weird physical quirk you have but aren’t looking for medical advice?

Thanks, Mods!

Are you talking about “Where do you buy shirts with one arm longer than the other?” or “Is there a good offroad wheelchair for under $1,000?” or “How do you (non-surgically) hide a birthmark?”

Those are fine.

I was going to ask about the best place to buy an offroad wheelchair to show off my new shirt I bought to celebrate the fact that it hides my birthmark.

Sounds like you’re asking for mental health help there, pal.
