I personally wouldn’t want to have sex with anyone even remotely related to me. My heart might say yes, but my brain would say no.
If others want to have sex that shouldn’t be a problem as long as no babies are made. Isn’t the rate for a child with problems higher with siblings and first cousins?

I have two first cousins whose mothers were identical twins (making them genetic half-siblings). They got married and had three perfectly normal children.
I’ve wondered how many 4th (5th, 6th, 7th) cousins a typical person has. I’d have guessed 1000 (very rough guesstimate) might be typical number of 4th cousins, but suspect the figure might be much higher in the U.S. with its high mobility and high procreation rates in frontier areas.
