My toes, ankle, knee caps, lower back, upper back, shoulder (a least make weird noises with it), elbows, wrists, fingers (when I’m lucky), neck…
That’s about it.
What kind of joint’s d’y’all pop, crack, twist, etc.?
Does it feel good? Does it relieve any pain? Cause pain?
Is this safe?
My knees <loud! like firecrackers> whenever I walk, especially if I have been sitting down. There’s nothing I can do about it and it drives the family crazy.
I crack my thumbs almost constantly, usually without even realizing I’m doing it.
My neck, knees, shoulders, back, ankles, toes, fingers, and my left foot where I broke it in high school all crack. The toes, fingers and neck are usually my doing. The rest comes with age.
Knuckles, elbows, neck, back, knees, ankles and occasionally toes. Knees and ankles frequently crack by themselves when going down stairs.
My mother will every once in a while comment when I crack my neck, “Doesn’t that hurt?” Uh, Mom, if it hurt I wouldn’t do it! In fact, most of the time it feels good.
I’ve been cracking my knuckles for over 20 years and despite the many dire warnings that it will make them enlarge, that has yet to happen, so I’m inclined to disbelieve that particular bit of folklore.
I’ve got a friend who can literally crack every joint in her body. She’ll go crazy if she’s in a position where she can’t take off her shoes and crack her toes. And then she has this way of cracking every joint in her arms and hands that looks like part of a cheerleading routine.
Fingers (at all 3 joints), toes, elbows, right shoulder (since injuring it), lower and upper back in several places, and neck, all intentionally and daily.
Unintentionally I sometimes get my hip while twisting and trying to crack my lower back, my knees tend to pop when I kneel or when I stand up from kneeling. The most strange, is my chest. I have no idea what pops, but sometimes when stretching in the morning, something right between the pecs does.
I can’t crack my knuckles. I just lace my fingers together and stretch 'em backwards to limber 'em up. I crack my wrists, ankles, shoulders, back and neck, all on purpose, although all my joints eventually stop cracking except my left wrist, which goes on sounding like a bowl of rice krispies no matter how long I sit there cracking it.
