Well, I’ve used All-Clad pans (and love them), and I have a Chantal enameled casserole/stockpot that I just love. I’d buy more Chantal in a frickin’ heartbeat if I had a job. But my day-to-day cookware is RevereWare. It’s hand-me-down from my mom (and, if I’m not mistaken, from my grandma before that), and I love it. It’s sturdy without being heavy, and the copper bottom really does a great job of transferring the heat. Good stuff.
Plus, I love my Chicago Cutlery knives. And my KitchenAid mixer. And my 10-cup Cuisinart. And my rice cooker. And my Multi-Pot, which is (I think) from Williams-Sonoma. It’s got a built-in strainer insert for pasta or vegetables, plus a built-in steamer. Sooo convenient.
What can I say? I’m a kitchen ho.
