My minimum criteria:

1. Must at least assign athletes for:

Pacific Avenue ($300)

YELLOW PROPERTIES

All other properties OPTIONAL

2. Must at least assign the Railroads to head coaches and managers (please note all are equal value)

Short Line ($200)

3. Utilities are assigned to non-athletes/coaches in your category. Owners, announcers mascots, famous fans, whatever go into this category. Again, all equal value.

4. Finally, who goes to Jail?

This is the one individual who brings the most disgrace to your category. A criminal athlete, an incompetent coach, a bungling owner, a general manager that ruins the team, whatever!

Haha well there’s no quarterback with better statistics in modern era Eagles history than McNabb, who also quarterbacked the team to 5 NFC title games and one Super Bowl. No one is a bigger critic of McNabb than me for choking in most of those games and always passively aggressively passing the buck to someone else in hindsight, but to me he belongs in the spot.

Please don’t tell me Nick Foles deserves the spot: look, there will be Nick Foles statues erected up and down Philadelphia, and he gets a spot on the board, but lets face it: Nick Foles is a total fluke.

Unless I’m wrong and you think someone else I’m missing gets the Boardwalk???
