Creatine improve vegetarian IQ

This is what research claims. I have spotted flaws though. Firstly, the only study performed on meat eaters, found that 2g of creatine given to young adults made no difference. Since omnivores consume only 1-2g a day, this suggests that’s all thats needed. So all the studies that use 5g of creatine are using too much.

Secondly, if you are to perform neurological tests over a number of day’s surely all participants need to eat the same diet and sleep simirlarly?

With the tests on meat eaters, diet is important as well. What if one omnivore barely eats meat and the other has a load everyday?

Some of the studies look at vegetarians and vegans. They are different diets.

This is an important issue. I wish a conclusive study could be performed on this matter.

So, a study should be done looking at 2g creatine, given to vegetarians, over a number of weeks, with all participants following a strict diet & sleep routine. With in vitro meat perhaps on the horizon, this would be a really useful thing to look at.
