I think babies and toddlers, which is what the Gerber Babies are supposed to be, are absolutely adorable. One of the things that make them so cute is the way it looks as if their heads and bodies are working in conjuction. The Gerber Babies look as if their heads were placed on their bodies as an afterthought and they have no idea what their body is up to.
On the contrary, I adore babies. But these are weird and distended and zombie-like. And doing things babies can’t do, except in horror movies.
