I know the maximum score you can get in a cribbage hand is 29. Assuming you have the crib, what would the maximum combined score you could get for both your hand and the crib be? Clearly it can’t be 58 since if you got 29 in your hand you couldn’t possibly also have the appropriate cards in your crib to get 29. However, I’m not that good at counting crib scores to figure out what the maximum would be.

7 8 9 with an extra 7 or 8 would give you 12.
4 6 6 6 or 4 4 4 6 plus the five up would give you 21.
So I would guess 50.
