Got 14 pictures out of 196. The Bucks are still not showing.
It is going to cool back down in a week or so and that might get more action going.

I’ve seen rock like that here in Arkansas. How the hell did it get there above ground?
Erosion? Mostly I see it on hillsides. All the good dirt is on the flats.
This place as more rocks than dirt. Wife’s garden is a built up area filled with dirt. Tomatoes are in pots…

They are all smarter than we are.
It’s those eyes in the back ground that make we wonder if they are deer or demons.
Those 2 weaker ones I circled are the ones I wonder about. Nothing there to cause that.
Deer, dogs, cats, possum & raccoons I can tell, + squirrels but they are not really night critters, real early sometimes. :dubious:

Not right around my place but there are some out just a mile or three.
We do have a local Roadrunner but I have not caught him on camera yet even though I see him and so do the neighbors.
It is getting overall colder.
Critter water was all frozen except for Zeus’ heated water. Got that fixed critters fed and turned out which they were not impressed with as it was well below freezing.
By 19:00 they are all fed again and put up except Zeus as he has guard duty. He goes to his tent when he feels like it. Bawahahahaha
We have 25 pictures from 240 taken this shift. Got a 17 deer count in a couple of pictures and 2 of the young bucks with one horn are back. They survived the hunting season and the poachers so far. Still none of the big bucks have been back.
It is 30°F now and he is looking in the window and whining to get me to go sit out there with him. Or give him more food, as in warm people meat. Bawahahahaha
