Very last minute - I’m the maitre’d, and I need, today, to get a wine list going. I’ve purchased hard-cover books slightly larger than A4 to house the menu. Now I need about 20 or 30 suggestions for the wine list. Scatalogical, perverse, disgusting and wierd stuff preferably.
