I have tried every combination of hershey without an h or hersheys without both h’s. I have googled looking for even the most obscure bomb sites. I have pored through synonyms for chocolate. I have considered Hershey to be a misdirection and examined other candy bars and bomb sites starting with S. Ersatz is the only 6-letter word starting with ERS-.

I got nothing.
