Crystal Reports in Spanish

I hope someone can help me out. I can’t seem to log on to the SAP/Business Objects forum, and SAP is taking its sweet time getting back to me on my Reset Password request.

Anyway, I need to display Spanish text in a Crystal Report document. The links I have been able to find suggest that I need some sort of plug-in DLL. However, the links all point to Business Objects web sites that no longer exist.

Can anyone point me in the proper direction?

Specifically, I need help with having Spanish text extracted from a database displayed using the proper characters. Examples provided upon request.
