We’ve had a half-share in a CSA (farm co-op) for four years now, and more of my friends, family, and acquaintances are joining in, even in raw milk shares. Eveyone I’ve talked to has been positive. Would a beer co-op work? Raw milk shares have sprung up to circumvent pasteurization requirements, but I wonder if the ATF would treat beer the same way.
