Sounds kind of fun, and should you ever be here with a group - it is an activity that you can do together, can kill some time (pun intended) and probably cheaper than sitting at a slot machine for 60-90 minutes!
I saw the Star Trek Experience when I was last out in Vegas, and it actually was kind of fun. I was with a group of Trek fans who wanted to go, and it was right before the thing was going to close.
So even though I think I’ve seen maybe five episodes of CSI in my life, I’d go see it.
Sounds like it could be well interesting.
If I find my way back there at any time I think that I’ll give it a go.
I enjoyed the Star Trek experience, especially when the shuttle craft broke through to present day Vegas! 
As Gil Gissom is my hero, I shall be going to this on my next Vegas trip.

I’m looking forward to the Miami CSI Experience, in which David Caruso puts on his sunglasses, makes a bad pun, and Won’t Get Fooled Again starts up multiple times.
The museum I work at had this exhibit last year. It was pretty fun, and it was interesting to see the wide range of responses from different types of folks. I had 8-year-olds who figured everything out in a snap, and adults who had trouble. I also had a blind visitor who figured everything out before his companion (who could see) did.
