I expect it’s about the speculation on a poster’s location. I wish it was about the way people respond to Starving Artist and allow him to dominate threads.
I suspect you’re right, but really they only were using information that he himself has posted to the boards. It’s not like they were bringing up anything he had put somewhere else on the Internet.
I imagine he’s probably 20 different kinds of butthurt right now.

Yup, if SA doesn’t want to discuss his location he shouldn’t discuss his location. Any mod or admin could always determine the location of his IP address anyway, but this was deduced entirely from the things Starving Artist himself has posted. He was pretty much taunting participants of the thread to guess where he lived, and they did.
Much like the paper towel tube incident, now he is apparently seeking special protections from TPTB in preventing people from discussing information he has posted publicly because he no longer likes the context it is being discussed. And much like the paper towel tube incident, there is really no turning back the clock at this point.
We weren’t debating whether or not it was for sale-we were debating the price.

There a few potential issues that could be involved like SA getting to dictate what people can discuss, Mods goading people into disclosing information, wagers being made on the board or god knows what had gotten into Zotti’s craw this time. I mean who could have possibly predicted what ensued that last time Ed decided to get involved.

I think it is becoming clear that SA is becoming a megatroll, I decided to virtually avoid replying to him; unfortunately, many are continuing to feed him and IMHO several threads he is getting involved should had been closed a long time ago, in the attempt at containment the moderator even merged another stupid thread with plenty of SA material to that monstrous rapist one.
I know that the intention was to keep him committed to his “WINNING” thread, but instead he is metastasizing to other threads.
