Starkers, for the most part, only makes sense to himself. Plus he is mainly clueless about…well, everything he carries on about..

I’m originally from Kansas City, and know a number of people from Oklahoma. We all refer to these areas as “the midwest”, because, well, they are. Don’t get hung up on “the plains” or any of that nonsense - “the midwest” is a demographic description, not a geographic one. People in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, north Texas, Iowa, etc. all very much identify with being from the midwest, because once you get bogged down in the cookie-cutter suburbia, it’s all pretty much identical.
Anyway, calling Oklahoma “the South” is definitely in error. They most certainly don’t self-identify with that.

I wrote that in jest of course referencing the earlier comments about their respective talents at dominating threads.
Well, I will have to apologize for this one, you are correct, I got confused with the location and I thought that we where on the pit.
It is a shame that a thread that was very active discussing an important thing which was not nearly as contentious as it could have been given the emotions and fora was closed for what are now, to me anyway, nebulous reasons.
If the problem as some contend in this thread is a thread shitter, do something about thread shitting (and those who thread shit as a way of life), but shutting down the whole discussion because of one tangent seems counterproductive to this board’s mission.
