Custom Bracket (Final Four-style) Software?

I am looking to find an online software solution to create a custom bracket competition, wherein people predict the results of a contest (much like NCAA Final Four brackets) and submit those predictions online.

Here’s what I need:

[li]There are only 8 teams, so it’s a really simple bracket[/li][li]I need people to be able to see the starting match-ups (determined by me), then fill in their predictions online. When they submit their choices, the data should be sent to me (via email or whatever). Ideally it would also produce a pdf of the completed bracket for them, but that is not essential.[/li][li]People who are filling out the bracket should NOT have to log in, sign up, register, or pay for anything. (It’s fine with me if I have to register/pay something to administer the bracket, but the users should just link over and fill it in).[/li][li]Something like Google Forms, if it could be made into a bracket, would be perfect.[/li][/ul]

Any ideas? I’ve looked at BracketNinja and Woobox, but they don’t seem to fit the requirements above, as best as I can tell.

Another idea, I suppose, would be to try to customize a Google Form to act like a bracket. I’ve been playing with that idea, but it seems that it would at least require using some scripts, and I am not a coder :slight_smile: If anyone has ideas along those lines, I’d be happy to hear them, too.
