Custom IE toolbars

Someone installed some gambling crap on IE 4, Win 98. Now my user has a sex and gambling toolbar and popups. This is great for the kids. Where in the register can I whack this stuff?

Download SpyBot Search and Destroy, install it, update it and run it.

Then download Ad-Aware, install it, update it and run it.

If you still have problems come back here.

Thanks, Zipper. Adware had already run, Spybot found all but the toolbar and I got that with regedit.
