I’m thinking (very quickly with little time before Christmas) of a gift that would require some sort of sound device like you’d find in a plush toy that plays a tune. Preferably one that I can program to play a specific tune or that I can transfer something from my computer to it, but if I can possibly find a company with a very large catalog that has a chance of having the song I want in it, I’ll take that, too.
