I don’t know if I’d say it’s better than Barry’s (which I think is one of if not the best costume ever), but yeah, Kid Flash had an awesome costume.
That said, Bart Allen’s Kid Flash costume is an abomination before the lord. Way too busy with its sill ear-things and boots.
And, as Candid Gamera said, there’s the name thing. I mean Kid Flash ? I’ve always thought that was an awful name, and it’s no better in 2004. For god’s sake, “Speed Lad” would be better than “Kid Flash”.
L’il Flash? Flash jr.? Little Flashy-poo? Flashboy? C. John Run? I.M. Outtahere? That Kid Who, You Know, Runs Really Fast?

You know, I used to have an awful mental block. I always kept trying to call Wally “Speedy”, which was, of course, the name of Ollie’s sidekick.

I used to do this too. Speedy is really a lame name for an archer. Granted, Arsenal’s not the greatest, but at least it is appropriate for a weapon-based character.

Actually, given Speedy’s history of unfortunate self-medication, they should’ve called him Dopey instead.
Perhaps he’s a Footie fan.
