I wanted to update the previous thread rather than starting a new one but the hamsters are screwing the pooch instead of running the search. Just wanted to let everyone know that my dad came through his prostate cancer surgery with no complications. He heard back on the pathology today. The cancer had spread slightly beyond the prostate but was all removed as part of the standard operation. After he recovers a bit he may do some radiation but from the sound of it he will probably just monitor his PSA. The doctor has declared him “cancer-free.”
Thanks again to everyone for their good wishes in the previous thread. No need to respond to this one, and mods you can lock it down.
