Daily Multiple Vitamins

I have been feeling really drained & tired lately (more than usual…) and today decided to try a woman’s daily multiple vitamin to see if it helps any. Took the first one today.

How long (aproximately) should it be before I see a difference (if at all)?

I have been a fervent multivitamin-pak user for years. Up until a few months ago, that is. I get all my nutritional supplements through a mail-order sports nutrition company and I ran out of my multis before I got a chance to place my next order. Well, I happened to forget to add the multivitamin-paks to my order and I ended up without any for the next couple of months.

That was almost five months ago and I haven’t bothered to add them back. If anything, I feel better now that I am no longer taking the vitamin-pack. I no longer suffer from the mild morning nausea that would usually accompany my day’s first meal (which also coincided with the time I would usually take the multi).

I do eat a healthy diet, however, so I don’t believe I am lacking in any particular vitamin or nutrient. For those that are, they are probably a good thing to do. But I don’t miss 'em.

I take a multivitamin daily and to be honest, I think the only difference is that it makes my urine more expensive.
