hope im askin this in the right spot, kinda new to SDMB’s. Does anyone know how to get out of a photo-radar ticket? To me it seems im screwed, i mean at least if you get pulled over you can BS and make up excuses, or say “look over there” and drive off, but they’ve got my picture :“sniff”, wipes a tear from his eye: and being a 17 year old male who can get off by flaunting my boynipples, with no job and parents who are laughing at me over this ticket (and hense, not bailing me out of my ticket) i’ve got no cash!

Well, I probably can’t help you directly, but I can give you one piece of advice: You might want to apologize for the pork reference in your subject line. Many of the folks here who might be able to give you good advice (I’m thinking Bear_Nenno, for starters) have been known to be offended by such remarks before, and aren’t likely to help if they’re offended.
Personally, I would say that unless we’re talking about a big-time fine and points on your license, your best bet is to scrounge up the money somehow, and pay your ticket. You say your parents won’t just give you the money, but perhaps they’d be willing to loan it, at considerable interest? Better start looking for some way to pay it off-- Babysitting, fast food, whatever.

as for my parents, they might loan the money, but at the moment they’re having fun with this, being that this is my first acctual ticket. bin pulled over once b4, and was treated, how shall i put it, like shit by the cop that pulled me over. im thinkin maybe cause im a teenager on a motorbike or whatever. but that’s kinda tarnished the way i see cops here for me. apologies again.
