He was the obscure governor of obscure South Dakota, who was involved in an incident back in 2004 where he was driving recklessly and hit a motorcyclist, who died. He also supposedly raped a beautiful Indian maiden, which is slightly more upsetting to me, if indeed it happened. From all of his pictures, he looks exceptionally untrustworthy. He was very odd looking.
