Take ONE stem to have it freeze dried.
When the others start to fade, hang them upside down in a dry place, and let them dry, not rot.
Get a SMALL decorative pot and a small styrofoam ball to fit into it. Hot glue the roses onto the styrofoam as closely together an you can, and try for a pattern of concentric circles.
Buy some other type of dried flower materials or moss to fill it the holes, and to cover any area undeneath the roses. Then get some fake English ivy (inexpensive silks are available at Hobby Lobby and similar places, buy the bush-type, and cut it apart into individual strands with wirecutters) and poke it into the styro all the way around.
It will be beautiful, but cats will want to play with it, SO…shadowbox the single freeze-dried rose with the card.
Killer will be impressed that you’re so talented, and you’ll have something to show the grandkids.
