My 4-year-old daughter finally broke down our will and we got a dog. My wife found a very reputable breeder in Texas that flies the dogs around the country. So the dog is a Texan. We decided to get a small dog for various reasons so we got a minature dachshund.
A couple of days before the dog arrived I was talking on the phone with my daughter and I asked her what kind of dog was she getting?
She told me she was getting a Texhund.
I kept asking her and laughing until she said “Daddy stop teasing me.”
