That’s a pretty good proposal, but it’s silent on the issue of homos not being able to have babies. Do people not know about this or something? 
I think we can trust to Jesus and his BFF Sarah Palin to be sure that the queers will never be able to make babies!

You know, I was actually going to defend David, especially since the OP title seems to imply the OP is calling him a child molester and/or rapist without any grounds, but that stupid rebuttal makes me think that he deserves at least some form of pitting.
Thing is, I’m all with the OP on marriage being way too weak an institution, but his ideas to deal with this are crap. And in no way should domestic violence be made harder to prove: I can’t figure out any motivation for that other than wanting to beat your wife.
Hey, maybe now the OP’s title makes more sense–though I doubt your family members would be dumb enough to marry someone like David.
Why were you planning to do that? Do you tend to make a lot of decisions that in retrospect are obviously bad ones?
