Debate preferences

In all the debates (pres & vice) you have seen, which one was the best, and why?

Ross Perot was great. Made the debates very entertaining and gave hard information that was presented in a format that the layperson could grasp.

I’m a political junkie and I’ve probably seen every Presidential and VP debate except for a couple of the Kennedy/Nixon debates.

I will go with the second 1992 Clinton/Bush debate. That is the town hall one in which George Bush got caught looking at his watch, Clinton nailed the national debt question, and the audience member asked the candidates to start being nice to each other.

The 1992 vice presidential debate was also funny with Stockdalkes, “Who am i? Why am I here?” comments and Gore making Quayle look like a fool.
