B.I.R.T (Be it resolved that) the Canadian government should not practice ethic profiling towards immigrants as well as descendants of Arab countries.

I’m presenting a model debate for some people learning to debate and I’m looking for help right now (no it’s not homework). I just want to get up there and introduce the world of debating to some students in the grade 13 law class. It’s Canadian Parlimentary Style in a modified version.
PM = 5
MO = 5
MC = 5
LO = 10
PM = 2
(Prime Minister, Member of Opposition, Minister of the Crown, Leader of Opposition).
Right now all I’ve got is that:
-As Canadians (or Americans) we should realize the potential threat that a majority of those trying to commit acts of terror are from the Arab world.
I need to figure out if I’ll need to set up some definitions. On top of that I’ve got debaters block. I’m off to steal ideas from the GD forums
