Decide the fate of my raspberries.

A few months back I filled up a few buckets with raspberries. While most of them were your regular reddish ones, I decided to get a bunch of golden ones as well. Things were made with the reds, but work ensued and the others were spared. However, I’ve decided to finish the job and would like some suggestions. What should be made with them? I don’t have a huge kitchen and am only a beginner cook/baker/food person.

I know you are a beginner but maybe you are good at this. How about making raspberry pie, cookies, white chocolate raspberry bar crunch, or a raspberry smoothie(mixed with other fine fruits)?

I love frozen raspberries with heavy cream drizzled over them. I wouldn’t call this a recipe, but there you go. You could also blend with tequila and lime juice for raspberry margaritas.

We just made a phenomenally delicious churnfull of homemade raspberry ice cream. If you have a churn I’ll give you the recipe.

Make jam. When it finishes cooking, stir through rosewater. Aww yeah.

Interesting ideas. Keep them coming.

Blow them.

Agree with making jam. Very easy to do. For canned jam: Make sure you use a thermometer and cook the jam/sugar mix until you reach eight degrees above boiling temperature for your altitude (gelling temperature). Follow online canning instructions.

Freezer/refrigerator jam is much easier, of course, but you still need to cook the berries.

I agree with freezing them. I would make a raspberry smoothies all winter.
