Don’t call Dell unless you have to. Use the Dell chat option in Dell Support. I swear the chat people are the ones that have proven themselves to be good enough that they can work from home or something. They are patient, and they can gauge pretty quickly if they can skip over rudimentary troubleshooting.
Hm. I guess my worry is whether or not they can make the call to allow me to send my computer back to them. I’m getting all sorts of artifacts all over the screen as soon as I try to start it up, so I’m 90% certain that it’s a problem on the board somewhere. Maybe something partially disconnected during shipping.
