Dell won't send me a refund. What can I do?

About two years ago I bought a laptop from Dell. It’s been an extreme lemon. I doubt that I got 20 hours of use out of it. They spent hours on the phone with me trying to repair it. They sent a techie to my office to fix it. It worked for about an hour. They sent another techie…

Finally when it broke for about the tenth time and I spent about another five hours on the phone they agreed to refund 70% of the purchase price if I’d return it. I agreed in a heartbeat. I spent about $35 shipping it back to them and they said they’d give me the refund in 20 business days. That was about five months ago. Still no refund. I call occasionally and it goes nowhere. Today the guy said he’d have a supervisor call me back. Yeah right!

What recourse do I have?
