Democratic March Madness - West Semifinal 1 - Castro/Bloomberg

Pick one:

Everyone stop bitching about the seedings. No one’s forcing you to vote.

Let it be a fun distraction during the doldrums. We could do one every quarter or so until things get serious in January.

I voted for Castro on this one even though I’m uncertain he’s ready for prime time.

I have always been very leery of successful businessmen deciding to run for high office. The skill sets between running a for-profit company and what is essentially the world’s largest non-profit (the United States government) are very different and can lead to wrong incentives and instincts.

Bloomberg, it’s true, has at least run an election and run a major government - NYC ain’t small potatoes - but I still have real doubts about his approach to things and, of these two, prefer Castro for that reason.

Bloomberg. Castro isn’t ready for prime time yet.

I picked Castro even though I’m unfamiliar with him, because I’ve lived under Bloomberg. I always half expected him to show up at my home and make me eat my vegetables.

Former cabinet secretary & mayor of a mid-sized city is just enough to make it easy to do what I want to do & vote against Mike Bloomberg.

Not nuts about either of them, to be honest.

No contest. Castro for me.
