This may be a stunt. But any communication with N Korea is a step forward. Theres always a slim chance that this could lead to something. A ping pong match helped Nixon begin early talks with China.
I can’t imagine how Rodman could help the N Korean b-ball team in only 7 days. But maybe this will lead to talks.
