After a company I have dealings with said they’s emailed me some information 3 times, and I’d assured myself that they were using the right email address I thought to look in the spam folder. I hadn’t actually been to the gmail website since I first got the account, as I use Thunderbird. I found that yes the emails I’d been waiting for were marked spam, as were over 50 others (out of about 300) that I would have liked to receive. I manually maked the ones I wanted as not spam and deteted the others forever, but I couldn’t find a setting to change gmail’s spam sensitivity or turn the spam protector off. Anybody know how to do this?
Add the sender as a contact. Or set up a filter, one of the filter actions is: Never mark as spam. You could do that for *@senderdomainname.tld and you’d be golden.
