Did anyone else attend Nathalie Dupree's Cooking School?

It was in the old downtown Atlanta’s Rich’s department store in the 80s. I attended the Classic French Cuisine course and was offered an internship but she gave out a small recipe booklet that had her signature dishes.

I’ve lost mine and I am looking for her recipe for Butter Braid bread. It was delicious and like no other I’ve ever seen or tried. I am using a close enough version I found online but does anyone have a copy of that booklet? I really want that recipe again!

And yes, I’ve looked through a bunch of her cookbooks but maybe she keeps that one to herself.
