TechTV had Headroom on for a while… but then G4 bought Tech out. I guess you can google TechTV and Headroom for something if you where desperate.

Amen. In addition to Max Headroom on my list, you can add Profit, which lasted a shocking four episodes before the network figured out that I was the only person watching, and Arrested Development, which is doomed to die any day now.

I remember Profit. Gripping little show, although they needed to do something to make Adrian Pasdar’s character a little less all-encompassingly brilliant and clever and devious. I wondered why the hell he wasn’t the president of the company already if he was so good at hatching plots.

Max Headroom lasts 14 episodes, Firefly squeezes out 9, Friends lasts for 10 years. The world’s taste is all in its mouth.

And hasn’t Charmed been renewed for something like an 8th or 9th season? :dubious:

That aside, I never realised there was a series, I saw what must have been the pilot and thought it a one off.
