Did republicans ever put forward an alternative budget with numbers?

I put this in GQ because I’m just curious about whether or not this happened, not about whether or not the minority party normally puts out a budget or whether their budget was “good.”

I’m bringing this up because, a while back, the republicans put forward a budget proposal that lacked any meaningful numbers and Rep. Boehner, I believe, said they’d be coming out later with a more comprehensive budget that would include projected deficit cuts under their plan.

Did this follow up ever happen?

I found this pdf, which may be what Boehner was referring to.
