After reading Hollywood Babylon I and II and talking to my professor(Jon Lewis, if you’ve ever heard of him), I really wonder how much fact there is in those two books. It seems that for anything missing sleaze, Anger dumped as much in as he could to give it some ‘flavor.’
Do you think that it could have been his form of revenge for not really being accepted into the Hollywood mainstream?
Do you really think a guy could make movies like Fireworks, Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome, Scorpio Rising, and Invocation of My Demon Brother and entertain ANY thought of "being accepted into the Hollywood mainstream?

These zombie threads are invariably interesting to those of us who were not part of the community when the threads came into being. This one was hilarious. And you can’t say the subject matter is dated, per se in that it was dated at the time of the thread’s creation.
