You get right on that. 
If you watch Bullshit! regularly, you’ll see that Penn & Teller make no bones about the fact that they do like to include gratuitous nudity in their show.
There was an episode (2 weeks ago?) about breasts - specifically breast feeding in public. They did a good job showing lots of shots of breasts. In the next show (the one in question, actually) they showed one of the same breast shots in the intro, just for fun.
Although with the “premise” of this latest episode - they wanted to test-drive a Prius so they got two lesbians to go on a blind date while driving said Prius - P&T just seem to be having more and more fun trying to come up with goofy television.
