It was a claim he made during the re-enactment video, that he wanted “John” to come and help him and not call 911.

He may have been moved by the EMTs but Zimmerman said he held him down.

In the reenactment, he claims he told the first witness on the scene after Martin was shot to not call 911 because cops are on the way. I don’t know if this person is John or not. At first I thought he said this particular thing to John, during the fight. But apparently during the fight, he didn’t go into detail about cops being on the way.
What’s crazy though is he said “don’t call 911” after Martin was shot because he supposedly needed help restraining Martin’s dead body.

That’s not so much a modification as a contradiction. You claimed, and emphasized, that Zimmerman told a witness during the fight not to call 911, because the cops were on the way since Zimmerman called them earlier, and used that as a reason to say that Zimmerman was lying, because it was not possible to make such detailed statements during a fight. Now we find out that your allegation is false. Zimmerman did not make that statement during the fight.
So you accused him of saying something he didn’t say, and called him a liar for saying it.

Is this all you got? The point remains unchanged that by his own words, he instructed two people not to call 911, and that’s what you challenged me on.
Here’s another thing wrong with his story to make your head explode with cognitive dissonance. How is it he had two vertical wounds to the back of his head, but no horizontal ones? His head supposedly was only partially in contact with the sidewalk, according to Z. During the police interview he says his head was slammed at least a dozen times (!) But there isn’t one solitary horizontal line showing where his head connected with the edge of the pavement. Funny that.
I’m sure the State won’t have to look that hard to find a medical expert willing to testify that with the rapid loss of blood pressure that comes with a ruptured heart, plus a 200-lbs man planted on his back, Martin would not have been able to move very far, if at all.
I’m right there with you in believing Martin had a lot of potential in life. Even still, the idea that he was capable of doing anything except quickly dying after having the injury he did strikes me as desperately fantastical. So much so I can only feel sorry for anyone who is actually willing to speculate Martin moved himself several yards after he was shot, just so they don’t have to admit Zimmerman’s story is too fishy to be believed.

Zimmerman was currently in a life or death struggle with Martin.
An eyewitness told Zimmerman he was going to call the police.
Zimmerman needed help right NOW. While he was still concious. He wanted the eyewitness to help him subdue Martin NOW before Martin could kill him. Not later, NOW.
Zimmerman had injuries to his face and to the back of his head. The jury will see pictures of those injuries and hear testimony from police and EMTs about the bleeding and swelling. The jury may even see Zimmerman’s actual scars.
Banging someones head on a concrete sidewalk can certainly be considered deadly force.
There is only your imagination that Martin needed to resort to force.
And the police have stated the injuries are not consitant with his statement, his wounds to the back of his head are minor and he does not have facial injuries that are constant with being hit over two dozen times as he claimed. EMT’s are not qualified to state the cause of injuries and I say this as a former WEMT.

It is intresting how Martin was supposidly smuthering him and Zimmerman was nervous he was going to pass out yet he could yell help, and the witness said Travon was on the top punching him. There have been no other reports of Zimmerman being smothered
Once again Zimmerman’s statements seem false, and by the lack of injries to Zimmerman it is quite clear that Martin was not attacking with an attempt to kill, it was a brawl, not attempted murder if you look at the evidence.
What did Zimmerman say he was doing with his hands during this viscous attack on his head and face?
The Internet gallery has insisted his hands and arms had been been pinned down by Martin. But I don’t recall ever Zimmerman making this claim in either his written statement or his reenactment. Nothing about Martin sitting on his chest, either. All of this was whipped up apparently by folks trying their best to create a narrative for how Z could have been beaten the way he was without getting at least one lick in. But it’s not the narrative that Zimmerman gave, unfortunately.
What grown man doesn’t even lift a finger to stop someone else from smothering him? Martin had no defensive wounds on his body. You can’t possibly believe Z just laid there and let Martin go to town on him like a helpless rag doll.
It is possible Zimmerman is trying to avoid it being judged multual combat.
That is old common law but I think it would still fit in Florida.
You can’t honestly expect anyone on his back with an assailant on top of him to coolly contemplate the situation and come to the conclusion that his or her life is in no danger. Maybe it wasn’t attempted murder on the part of Martin. A reasonable person could certainly come to the conclusion that their life was in danger though.
Since when are bleeding head wounds considered “minor”? A swollen nose will convince any jury member that Zimmerman was punched in the face. The police and EMTs will state that they saw or treated MULTIPLE head wounds at the scene. Will Corey decide to enter the video of Zimmerman entering the police station as evidence? I doubt it. What would it prove?
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. Here is a video of Zimmerman with no blood and no sign of injuries. Please ignore the other State employees testimony that Zimmerman’s head was covered with blood when he was treated at the scene.
The wounds and blood will prove to the jury that Zimmerman was being beaten before he shot Martin.
Is there any evidence that suggests Martin needed to defend himself from Zimmerman other than your belief that Zimmerman is a liar so Martin must have been defending himself?

If there were no wounds to Zimmerman’s head YOU could conclude that Martin was not attempting to kill Zimmerman.
