I got $85.92!
You might have a credit from the settlement if you bought e-books from Amazon from 2010-2012.
They have sent out emails, or you can check your Gift Card Balance at amazon.com .
I saw one post on another forum from someone who got over $448.
I got an e-mail from them a couple of hours ago. $29.56, the result of my wife buying e-books from them for her Kindle over that time frame.

I got a rock… I mean I got $1.57.
For the rest of you, I’d say don’t spend it all in one place, but I think you have to.
About $19! Not sure what I’m going to use it for.
I got nothing. I guess I can’t sit at the Cool Kids’ Table. I’ll leave quietly.
8 bucks, which I immediately used on Stephen King’s new book.
So Amazon gets 400 million United States dollars from Apple to pass on to e-book buyers and instead Amazon gives us Amazon money?
Nice going Amazon! You’ve got the fees from the original purchase and now you get more fees from whatever people buy obligatorily through you.
Or has Amazon money become legal tender recently?

I think there was actually an opportunity at some point long ago to request a check.
My wife got about $25.
She is very happy.
She has also spent it. Didn’t take long.
Hey, whaddya know—I got $15.70. Which I’m still not sure how or why I deserve anything. Sure, I’ve bought ebooks, but almost always cheap ones, and always I knew exactly what I was paying for them and wouldn’t have bought them if I didn’t think it was worth it. So it’s not like anyone’s cheated me or needs to reimburse me for anything.
How come I got nothing? I buy lots of stuff from Amazon…
Thirteen bucks and some change.

About $13 from them, and $4 from Barnes and Noble.
PunditLisa:
Did you buy e-books?
I bought a load of free e-books. How come I got nothing back?
