Yep. Dean Winters. He was one of the Irish brothers on the HBO series OZ.

So on Law and Order: SVU as Det. Cassidy, Munch’s first partner on the show before getting paired with Ice-T.

He plays Denis Leary’s brother on Rescue Me. I don’t know him from any of those other shows.

And of course Dennis Duffy on 30 Rock, always good for a laugh.

Dean nearly died last year. I guess he’s doing commercials to pay off his bills.
He’s lost weight since his Sarah Connor Chronicles role.

I read somewhere that he was (1) in Oz and (2) Tina Fey’s total jerk ex boyfriend on 30 Rock, but I never saw him in either.
