So it comes to this. A few years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes, so I have to keep off of sugars and any real large amount of starch. Two months ago, I started developing allergies, and after a trip to the ER last week, my test results are finally back: Mild wheat allergy, moderate allergy to egg white.
So, what to eat now? I’m not a vegetable fan at all, so it’s sounding like I’m going to have to go mainly carnivore / dairy? Or am I missing something? I’d welcome any / all advice on this, as I’m kinda stressing out about it.
