Where do you see these challenges?
Question: how do I get the Bing cameraman to pull back a few feet? I want to see more of the background and more of the lower part of the subject. I’ve tried “wide angle” and “medium shot”, but I get basically the same composition.
I end up describing things like shoes etc but that’s inadequate.
One of the (small) Facebook AI groups has themes/challenges/suggestions.

Had fun with this–somebody posted a series of images from the classic 1980s Bread Climp video game, so I tried making some images from the modern live-action movie adaptation.
While creating a recent batch of Bread Climp images I wanted to get him fighting Chuck Norris. Bing/De3 can make some pretty norrisish images, except it tends to make Chuck into an action figure (complete with articulated joints) the same size of Bread. Most of my attempts included mention of karate, but one image resulting from “jumping on” has to be one of the most cursed images I’ve ever got. AI Political Drama.
I try not to do to many overtly political creations - it just seems unnecessary and generally produces shitty results anyway - but I ran one at Night Cafe using a direct Trump quote, " JOE BUDEN DISINFORMATES AND MISINFORMATES ALL THE TIME."
In the mean time someone just followed me over there and effused about how awesome all my creations were, which was nice, until I got to the comment under this creations: “You’ve captured one of SloJoe’s speech’s perfectly!”
My response: “Especially funny since it’s a direct quote from that idiot Trump.”
I wonder if I’ll lose a follower or gain a voter.
For some reason a video in P&E made me wonder what Jamie Raskin would look like as an 18th century politician.
The AI didn’t quite respect the jew-fro, but I’m satisfied.

I wonder why. The technology is there. There have been reasonable digital photo to ASCII filters for forever. You could just take a normal output and run it through one of those.

Yeah, I’m surprised as well. Even if it didn’t make real ASCII art (which I wouldn’t expect due to how the AI works), I’d think it could fake it a lot better than it does. Without inserting real ASCII art as a style template, it doesn’t even try.
First AI was terrible with human hands. Now it can’t stop itself from showing off.

Haven’t paid for any credits yet. I’m fairly new, and I keep getting free credits for various milestones. I dare say I’ll run out of those eventually, but I get the daily free ones, plus occasional prizes.
Make sure you create at least one image a day (it can be a throw-away free SD 1.5 image). If you haven’t noticed, Every 5 days in a row you create something you get 25 bonus credits (so you effectively get 10 credits a day now). I have a ton built up because I keep up with that but haven’t done any serious SD creating lately. (I’m too spoiled with Bing/DE3.)
